Thank you for shopping with us! We’re a small-batch coffee shop that puts care into every cup and product we send. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges:
Perishable Items (Coffee, Baked Goods, etc.)
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable goods. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our standards, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Non-Perishable Items (Merch, Accessories, etc.)
We accept returns or exchanges on unused, non-perishable items (e.g. mugs, apparel, brewing gear) within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Goods
If your order is missing items or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
All gift cards, sale items, and custom coffee blends are final sale and non-refundable.
